TarotSync · Your Natal Deck

Your birth chart, dealt as tarot cards.

Every placement in your chart already has a card. The Golden Dawn assigned one to each 10° decan, one court card to each 30° span, and a Major Arcana card to each sign and planet. We compute your exact degrees, deal every card in the Waite-Smith deck, and write a reading of how they talk to each other.

What you get

A 3×3 core for your Sun, Moon and Ascendant (decan card, court card and Major for each), a row for every planet from Mercury to Pluto plus the MC, your deck's "weather" (totals by suit and element), and a written reading of around 600 words. Each card shows why it was dealt, for example "Scorpio II: Sun in Scorpio → Six of Cups".

Questions

Why these cards?
They come from the Golden Dawn's Book T, the system Waite and Pamela Colman Smith drew into the scenic pip cards of the 1909 deck. Pips follow the decans, courts follow 30° spans that run from 20° of one sign to 20° of the next, and Majors follow the sign and planet attributions. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto use the modern attributions, labeled as such.
Which court card is which?
The Golden Dawn's mounted King (the Thoth Knight) appears as the Waite-Smith Knight, its Queen as the Queen, and its Prince as the Waite-Smith King, following Benebell Wen's mapping. Pages rule quadrants rather than degrees, so they are not dealt.
What if I don't know my birth time?
We cast the chart for noon. The Ascendant and MC cards are left out and your Moon card is marked approximate, since the Moon moves about 13° a day.
What does "on the cusp" mean?
If a point sits within 5′ of a boundary between two cards, the page says so and names both.
Is this a prediction?
No. It is a reflective reading of a temperament, not a forecast, and it makes no health, legal or financial claims.
